Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions of GloVeZe GmbH, Stephanstr. 66, 10559 Berlin (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all orders and deliveries made via our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent immediately after the order is submitted via an automated email. The purchase contract is only concluded with our shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is exclusively within Germany with DHL or Hermes. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days.

5. Payment Conditions

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card: Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal.
Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer invoice purchase as a payment option.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Exclusion

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Special note on the exclusion of the right of withdrawal: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., pacifiers, teething rings, toddler cutlery).
