1. Shipping Information

We currently only ship our products within Germany. To ensure safe and fast delivery, we work with the most reliable shipping partners.

  • Shipping Partner: Shipping is carried out either via DHL or Hermes.

  • Delivery Times: Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 2-4 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number so you can track your package at any time.

2. Shipping Costs

 

  • For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order.

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €50.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.
